2D Logo to 3D Logo in CAD

I need to hand out a CAD file ( .STL or .OBJ ) to a factory for modelling a logo in 3D. Problem is, I only have the 2D logo and a crafted woorden design of the logo.
Examples:
File:1, 3 and 4.
Specifics:
- Unlike in logo and files: 1,3 and 4, we need slightly rounded corners as in 18856
Anyone can do this today with a few feedback rounds to adjust if needed.
File format changed: I do need the format to be in STP format instead (or Pro/E) . Sorry for any inconvenience.
