Migrating C# Project from DNX to .NET Core CLI (project.json)

We developed a project using DNX ASP core 1 in 2016. Now we are trying to migrate this project to .NET Core CLI. We get errors after the migration that we don't know how to resolve and need help of an expert to handle it : Exemple of error : "Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State Error MSB3644 The reference assemblies for framework ".NETFramework,Version=v5.0" were not found. To resolve this, install the SDK or Targeting Pack for this framework version or retarget your application to a version of the framework for which you have the SDK or Targeting Pack installed. Note that assemblies will be resolved from the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) and will be used in place of reference assemblies.
