Document approval system - .NET Core backend

The objective of the system will be to automate the flow of approval of documents (in this first instance, invoices, their respective credit notes and the possible remittances associated with them) received by the company. The approval of the documents will be subject to the acceptance of a series of actors (users and approving groups) that will determine the admission and correct validation of the information in those documents. The system will also have a set of reports of the documents received, so that the user can analyze the information they have, as well as keep track of the different approvals that are carried out. The entire backend of the system must be developed, including the database structure, processing logic, communication between BD and the system, and the REST API necessary to be consumed by the relevant frontend. Development should be implemented in C # using .Net Core technologies. The project must include execution of tests and reports of the same. The company will provide the necessary documentation and source code already implemented for the correct development of the project. The deployment of the application must be done under Docker architecture (Linux Containers). Expected deliverables: Source code Database schema scripts Implementation document and environmental setting Test report (test report - see attached documentation) SOAPUI-SwaggerUI Testing Projects (see attached documentation) The company will not accept partial deliveries or make payments for fragments of the project. Contractual requirements: • All the intellectual property rights of the code and its derivatives are the property of the contracting company. • Non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Confidentiality: Any source code, documentation, manual or information of any kind given to the developer by the contracting company is confidential and is provided exclusively to carry out the activities necessary to complete this project and must be removed immediately after the project ends, any part by any cause, or is suspended for a period greater than 30 days. The contracting company maintains all the intellectual property rights of the provided code, its modification, extensions and any derived work that results directly or indirectly from the execution of this project. Copying, transferring, reproducing, decompiling or reverse engineering the software, its code or any document, recording, image or file is prohibited without the express permission of the company. Failure to comply with this clause implies a violation of the confidentiality agreement with serious legal and economic consequences for the developer.
