Script to download quotes and save to database (Windows)

I need a small application or script in C# or Visual Basic that will download some quote data and save in a Microsoft LocalDB database. The program should run on Windows 7 or higher (32 or 64 bit). 1) The user will launch the application and configure the database details (these can be saved in a file) 2) The user will provide a list of symbols in the following format: 650:EURUSD 651:USDJPY 652:GBPUSD 653:USDCHF 654:EURGBP 655:EURJPY 656:EURCHF 657:AUDUSD 658:USDCAD 659:NZDUSD The format of the symbols is as follows: [group id]:[symbol1][symbol2] The string after the ":" is really two symbols of three letters each. 3) The program will fetch the quotes for each symbol from this link: [login to view URL]" + sym1 + "&base_currency_0=" + sym2 + "&end_date=2015-02-05&start_date=2014-01-01&period=daily&display=absolute&rate=0&data_range=c&view=table&price=b where: sym1=symbol1 sym2=symbol2 end_date=[configured by user but defaults to today's date] start_date=[configured by user] 4) The downloaded data will consist basically of two columns: a [date] and a [price]. To be saved in the database it will need to be configured as follows (see attached image for database schema): id,date,highPrice,lowPrice,volume,openPrice,closePrice,stockLink 1,yyyy-mm-dd 00:00:00.000,[price],[price],100,[price],[price],[group id] 2,yyyy-mm-dd 00:00:00.000,[price],[price],100,[price],[price],[group id] 5) At the end of the process the application will indicate a status, whether success or any errors.
