Hello, I can write that piece of software with VS2010, there will be no problem for you to open it after this with VS 2013. Requirements are clear with the stored procedure signature and the XML file it can be done in maximum 2 hours. It can be written in VB.NET or C#, your choice. Me and my team have been working for clients in South Africa like Investec, Rand Merchant Bank, First National Bank, National Grid in UK thought different vendors. We have hands on experience building various projects like web applications, windows applications, task automations, specialized tools for development work. As per your explanation in the project details, below is the summary of tasks to be done. In this project I have to create a windows application. This application will trigger an event on some specific time interval, to connect to a SQL server database and fetch some records. [I'm not able to see your attached SQL script]. The service will identify any new records in the table. If any new records found in the table, the XML column for those new records will be exported to a separate file for each record with record ID number as XML file name. These files will be stored at a particular location in local drive. We are committed to work for 6-10 hours per week. We believe in daily feedback and project status report with our customers and want our customers to spend some time daily for feedback of the work done.
