368040 Media Player Plugin

What I need or require: A plugin for the Windows Media Player (latest or one of the latest versions) that allows the user to choose from recommended audio tracks from his music library. What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: We do have a sophisticated DSP/FFT based recommendetian library which we will use to generate the recommendations. We do need access to the "raw" music files in the Media Players library. The provider is expected to deliver the GUI and plumbing to access the media files and feed our C++ library. The provider is expected to retrieve the recommendations and display them to the user using the plugins GUI Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: C++ programming on Windows / experience with other Media player plugins for follow up work!
