low latency remote server communication

I need a low latency software with following functionalities: - exchange of text messages with remote server - parsing of the messages into pieces - user defined actions like if received number is bigger than xx then send message xy - ability to work also with data received via DDE - windows console interface with config file is sufficient - ability to be extented by user interface text/GUI later (another project) I will provide more information via PMB. Winner will be provided with full documentation and very detailed explanations. Experience with low latency real time programming is required! You must have time to work on the project.
