Hello i need to have a small cryptography library built using MS CAPI for me. you can use CAPICOM to support functionality the only supported version of CAPICOM is v2.0

the library will be usded on win 2k3 and win XP 2002 sp 1 so you must develop them for these enviornment. only serious bidders please
