Hello. My partner and I are looking to build this house. But require a Draft / Plan before we can go ahead. The final draft needs to meet the council standards, which are the basics below. Council Requirements. - Site plan - Floor plan - 4 Elevations - Section A-A - Door and window schedule - Roof pitch 5 Degrees (Our house Front of house highest point to Back of the house lowest point) We are looking to have the front of the house with wooden slats (Light brown vertically and white horizontal), Bricks, and a rendered concrete section for the porch entry. I have attached the image below. The side of the house will be bricks and limestone white basic bricks with windows as advised on the current drafting. The back is the more complicated, as the whole back is a glass and metal post to hold the structure. I have placed an image to give an idea of what we are replicating. The end goal is to have a mid-century white / Light brown colored home with Black metal frames at the back. I have placed below some inspiration shots and designs that we are more than happy for you to continue. I have also attached an example of what's required from our previous home built.
