Draw up a scale design from the draft attached below for a simple espresso bar. Design must include: -850x2000 bench for coffee machine and fridge under (wheeled milk fridge is approx 1300x820mm, bench must be positioned with enough space for fridge to be maneuvered in) -coffee machine for plumbing reference -3x sinks (utensil/dishes/cleaners) -rear bench space -'grab n go' fridge for sandwiches etc. -casual tables and seats -bench seat in corner to reduce view of switchboards
