We need someone very familiar with the latest version of Solidity to create a smart contract for our crowdshare token sale. PREVIOUS EXAMPLES/EXPERIENCE WOULD BE BENEFICIAL. Please give us a quote on the development of our smart contract code with the elements below. 1. Create 225,000,000 new tokens for us. 2. Smart Contract Development with the Following elements: - Tokens will be bought using Ethereum. - The token sale will last 30 days or when $24,000,000 USD has been raised and start on Aug 20, 2017 at 14:00 GMT Bonus Structure: - When a user buys our token they will automatically receive - 1ETH = 1000 of our token PLUS - Week 1 - they will receive 30% bonus - Week 2 - they will receive 25% bonus - Week 3 - They will receive 20% bonus - Week 4 - they will receive 10% bonus Founders Payments: - Two founders will each receive 15% of the total coins (225,000,000) = each founder receives 33,750,000 tokens. 50% of these tokens will be released after a 1-year lockout, the rest of the tokens get released at year 2. Marketing Team will receive 3% of the total coins (225,000,000) = marketing team receives 6,750,000 tokens. 100% of these tokens will be released after a 1-year lockout Bounty Program: 2,000,000 tokens will be deposited into our corporate account for our bounty programs Burn after completion of Crowdsale: All tokens not sold and not allocated to founders and bounty program will be burned at the end of the 30 day period. Depositing of raised funds: The funds raised from the crowdsale will be deposited into our corporate multi-sig account.
