We need an Amazon AWS account plus a valid credit card with it.
For some reasons we don't have any credit card and phone number therefore we need all the credit card (Visa or Master card), billing adress and telephone number (even virtual telephone number) to be American.
We also need a VPS with VM or RDP installed on it so that we can manage the AWS account by it.
