floor plan layout of existing business with proposed changes

We have a small business that we wish to do some renovations in it. We need to reproduce the current floor plan (we have it as pdf) and then we need to draw the proposed changes on it.
We might need to produce a reverse ceiling of the new plan, with identified air ducts.
The project is quite simple but we need a freelancer with attention to detail.
It should not take more than 2-3 hours for a medium skilled designer comfortable with the software, might require an additional hour of small modifications once it's first final version was completed.
we have the file of the existing floor plan, but will provide it directly to the qualified designers (We do not wish to post it in public)
