Create manufacturing drawings

Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - for the project you want, will be necessary to have more info: ex - the mesh for the conveyor belt (or i could design it as a flat belt and you will place the proper mesh type), the percent of copper debris in the plastic granules, power feed, etc, etc 2 - variable speed for the conveyor is not an issue 3 - vibration parameters?.. on a single direction or two?... 4 - what kind of plastic do you need to process? (you gave the parameters in cubic meters, but pet plastic has different specific weight than polyethylene or abs...) 5 - what type of foundation you have? in order to know how to make the anchors... for sure, you are aware that the project is not possible to be made for 200, right? Hi, Im a mechanical engineer with 8 years experience in the field. I have worked with many clients in Australia and I know the AS/NZS standards required in technical drawings. Im using solidworks for designing. I have designed a similar kind of hopper for filter cartridge machine. Hopper design with vibration is pretty straight forward. To be frankly I havent designed a auger yet, but I went through couple of designs and fabrication methods. Do you have manufacturing and fabrication facilities? Variable speeds of AC motors can be achieved by PLC with VSD. I couldnt find the image for the product ( dry plastic granules with small amounts of copper mixed ).
