3D model -- Twin apartment building

Twin (almost identical-symmetrical) apartment building : (one building is 1 floor shorter than the other)
looking for 3ds Max drafter with expertise in 3D modeling.
The drafter will be provided with an Autocad 2D drawing (plans, elevations & section) of the building.
Attached is the PDF file.
The Elevations should be modeled exactly as shown in the DWG elevations.
The modeled elevations should be divided to individual parts according to the different materials (bricks, Aluminium, etc...).
The site, parking plan & landscape plan should be modeled according to the DWG. including the outer / landscape stairs & ramps.
The model will consist of separate parts (selectable by different colors) :
Walls, Floors, Frames, Glass, Fence, Roof, Grass, Pergola, Sils, Pavements & Ramps, Pavement Border, Border Lines, (all as shown in the attached zipped Max sample).
No need to model inner parts (except for the floors). Only model parts that are seen from the outside.
The file format will be MAX (made with 3ds max software).
