Audio CD Ripping/Injecting Program

We are looking to have someone make a new version of our Injector App from the ground up in C# or VB. (C# prefered) It has 2 main functions. [login to view URL]'s a basic CD ripping Application for Sound Effect CD's that also reads Data from a TAB file and Injects the Data Description into the Ripped BWAV file. [login to view URL] also needs to be able to Inject the same type of data into pre-ripped files on a users hard drive as long as they are labeled with a 01,02,03,04 in the filename already to be able to tell them apart from the rest of the tracks. I attached a screenshot of the basic layout and a text doc with basic descriptions of all the functions to scan over. An Old version of the program can also be sent on request. Basically you 1. put a CD in from a Sound FX Library. 2. From the pulldown boxes you select which CD it is. 3. Choose your settings and rip it, Then it would Inject the data Description from a supplied TAB file (or user supplied one) into the ripping Audio tracks with some Naming options. Read the attached DOC for all the features (a few minor ones will be added) The Graphic Front end will be done by myself using Microsoft's Expression Blend so No GFX work will need to be done. You will be provided with a C# or VB project (C# prefered) and a XAML file for all the UI before you start. We will need a copy of the Source code when finished. This will be a XP/Vista application. We would also like to port this app to Intel based OSX, so knowledge of cross platform applications would be a plus. Steve ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
