MP3 player with voice identification layers

I need MP3 player or Editor. like AudaCity software where i can see how many people have talked in MP3 recorded file . May be there are alot when we google it. but those people who mostly work with audios, they know it better. i need help of those people. if you have this software, just let me know. and i will release 50% milestone. and then you show it to me. if i see and it worked, rest of 50% milestone will be released. it shows different color with volumes for different voices. which help us identify how many people have talked during this recording. if two people talked during the call, it will show two colors. for example green and red. but if three people talk in MP3 recorded file, it will show three colors like green, red, blue. if four people talk, it will show four different colors. it also shows time stamp.
