Experinced DotNetNuke ASP.Net Coder Needed for Long Term Assignment

We have a fully running DotNetNuke Site. All we need now is a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED DNN developer to work for our Stage 2 of development Work. Successful candidate will be retain permanently to maintain this site. Work to be perform: 1. This project also needed designer so in your team there must be highly skilled designer available for the site design work. Create a new design based on provided UI design. As I said, our site is LIVE and functional but we need a much better & clean UI design. Once design done, integrate new design with DNN. 2. Add eCommerce module. 3. Other customization like make the site functional like the design you create.. IMPORTANT NOTE: - Only DNN Expert Programmer Apply ! Core code customization is needed in ASP.NET Source file. - He must work full time a day. No Part-time evening time freelancer please. - He must be available in SKYPE. - I prefer someone from India and specially from Kolkata. - Project Deadline Fixed: 10th September 2013. - I need a clearly written deliverable details to avoid confusion.
