We have an SDK (Software Development Kit) for a Plustek VTM 300 scanner. It is developed in C#. We required an API REST for Windows developed on asp.net that interacts with the SDK on asp.net It's meant to work in Windows 10 32 as well as 64bits Enclosed there are two files. A detailed job description (PDF) as well as a basic API of the scanner (.rar) , which has only basic scanner functions, does not contain any image processing, it delivers only the original image of the optical sensor - The idea of this guideline is for the bidder to have a more detailed idea of our need.
