Asp.net Developer or newbie

Hello I need some one who have the module or can make it today. Web page should be responsive and should be mobile View also I just want the module with my UI 12-14 pages CMS Based(i will put the content and images) Admin Dashboard 1.(Admin can enable disable appointment booking for particular date and time ) 2.(If user tries to take appointment then user should be notified that appointment is close for this date ) 3.(Admin can send message notification to selected user by email , sms or whatsapp) [login to view URL] can send notification or message to all registered user or can send to selected user 5. Chat option to all user, enable to all user to chat , clear all chat , admin can enable and disable who can chat User DashBoard-Login register(verify email by otp and mobile number) [login to view URL] Details Name , Email , mobile number , address , alternate number (optional) and Go to Payment page once confirmed payment notify using whatsapp , sms and email (send some customized message) (User can see the details of booking they have till date with the details)
