put search function on website

i had a search function on my website which someone deleted. it still has the database on my sql and should work fine when installed back. i also have this search function on a couple other sites so i can give you the access to the other sites so you can copy/transfer it to the other site. i need someone to place the search function back on my website and make sure it works properly. this is the search function that i want placed back on my website: [login to view URL] it's a property search. once again, you just have to place this search on another website of mine. i want to spend less than $50 and have this done asap, like today!!
