We are building a project: 1) to recognize the "placeholder" in the video (3rd party partner content) & "place a specified image (or piece of content) on that placeholder, 2) as soon as the system recognizes the placeholder it triggers the action" in that Video, 3) on a realtime basis, and should be customizable as per the user/viewer behavior. 4) It shouldn't be hardcoded on the video, but we are planning to have this code, as a SAAS, and should be Plug-in-Play for the "3rd party video owner". Targeting mobile - both OS. We are looking for the right set of tech partners/freelancers. Do you think it is doable by you? What tech software you are going to use? AI? Delivery time?
