Who am I? What's the story to tell?
I am Arun Manickam. I am a professional chef with 15 years experience in top kitchens across the UK, India, and the USA. My pain in finding the right staff when I was hiring for my kitchen ( Limited budget, Agency fees, etc ) was frustrating.
There are times when I was searching for jobs, and could not reach the right employers when with my years of expertise. I had to revise my resume to suite each job post.
Which left me thinking, there is something not working right.
I had 1000 Linked connections, which was hopeless in my job search. I signed my many job boards, all I ended up was revising my resumes hundred times.
So I took the problem in hand, and did year-long research, how companies hire. What goes on in job seekers mind, wheat will help both companies and job seekers. What about passive candidates. It took a year of research and then I created Huntable.
Still working full time as a chef from 9 am to 11 or 12 pm, then work on Huntable from 12 midnight till 3-4-5 am.
Now Huntable is a unique networking platform where it benefits both people and companies and makes finding each other a breeze.
Currently launched few months back, we are gaining momentum, with our site ranking for more than 300K keywords in Google page 1.
We also have 2.8 million company profiles in Huntable.
