I'm a young portuguese woman interested in a lot of themes. Professionally, I'm expert in customer experience, service design, coaching and leadership. Personally, I'm a mom and a healthy life enthusiastic.

Good communication skills gained throughout my professional experiences over the years, where I was able to develop successful working relationships and gain a valuable professional network. Easy going and open to new challenging endeavors and fast-paced environments. My ability to solve conflicts, deal with different type of situations and make decisions has been increasing over the years. I started focusing on other activities such as volunteering, which allow me to broaden the mind, communicate and being comfortable adjusting to any situation. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people in order achieve a common goal and I found myself to be highly dependable and enthusiastic about everything I do. I am highly motivated, driven and goal oriented. Once assigned a task, I will see it through to completion. I also developed the ability of critical thinking, analyzing information objectively and making a reasoned judgment. Knowledgeable translator with a wide skill-set, including written knowledge and creative skills: ▪ Identify pragmatic aspects arising from the linguistic and situational context; ▪ Identify specificities of the texts and their impact on the translation process; ▪ Manipulating linguistic resources and translatio support tools. I am extremely used to communicating and writing in English, not only with Erasmus+ students and teachers, but I am also responsible for translating the most varied documents concerning other tasks carried out in my profession.
