3m or more is too much, you need to use extenders we have I2C extender like P82B715PN , which means your RFID scanners/readers need to be I2C based PN-532 readers works on I2C, so we will go with that with P82B715PN, it's possible to go up to several meters, no problem and we will need I2C expander connected on your Arduino Mega since we can not assign different address to each PN-532 send me a message so we can discuss more
