Operations - Kibana log monitoring analyzing

Hello, we have already a web application working and already have Kibana logs. We would like someone that would monitor error logs and would hint us on issues that the application has. We can start from initial project and in the future pay hourly. Our budget is 4-5$ per hour so please no bids for high amounts as it will be rejected
