2D micro-learning video creation

Therefore, we would like to explore possible partnership with a skilled, reliable animator. As we aim to build 1000 modules over 2 years, we need to talk about pricing overall. We aim at 40 USD a minute for both animation, voice over and script creation (in most cases we will provide the script, it is necessary to understand English language and be able to play with words according to the animation). So it would be 80 USD for 2-minute animated video with a voice over. We would like to start a cooperation with a skilled animator, create the first video and if it is a success we are more than happy to collaborate with you on this fascinating long-term project! Specifications: For example, we would like to start with a "1:1 Meetings for Team Health" micro-learning video which should have about 1:30-2mins. Please find attached a script for the video.
