design and create characters and multiple animations for a game and web

I have a word game called MEW (pronounced like a cat meowing). I need a new main cat logo, few unique animal characters in Illustrator with animations in after effects and exported for use in a react native app (android and ios) and for the apps web page. I need an app loading animation (two animals seesawing back and forth while a cat sits next to it with tail going back and forth under the seesaw without it getting crushed). I need an alternative app loading animation of a cat licking itself with one outstretched leg, looking up as if caught by surprise and then going on to lick itself repeating this over an over during loading. I need an animation where a logo of the PETA (people for the Ethical treatment of Animals) swishes in, then a cat flops into screen somehow over a button to donate which will be linked for people to donate to the PETA. I need an animation where a dog flops into view over button for people to share on their social media channel. I need an animation of a cat walking across the screen on their front paws. An animation of a cat pulling itself across the screen on its behind. And a cat chasing a red dot on the ground across the screen. I am attaching a ppt with some ideas to describe what I am thinking. I really like this authors drawing style ([login to view URL]) so the animals would need to be similar to that style unless you can wow me with even better characters :-).
