Videographer Partnership Opportunity - Video Production - Website Explainer DVD Series Creation

We are a company in the US that invests in internet start-up companies. We have recently completed a custom shopping portal website. The final step needed is to create a 6 set DVD Video Series; approximately 120-150 minutes total. 6 Videos. 20-25 minutes each. The DVD Video Series will be used to explain how our website works. The 6 set DVD Video Series will be a combination of: 1) live video shooting of testimonials (we will provide) 2) other live footage (we will provide) that is related to our product content and 3) static explainer content (you will create) using our website screenshots (screenshots ready, because our website is 100% complete) along with stock footage/images (you will provide). Once this final component is completed, we will then begin the process of securing a national marketing partnership and start to produce sales for our company. We will pay for all the legal, payroll, customer service, office lease, office build out, hosting, marketing and advertising costs associated with the website here in the US. You will pay for all development costs related to making the 6 set DVD Video Series. You will be paid $0 cash for the creation of the 6 set DVD Video Series. However, you will receive a % ownership in the company in perpetuity (forever) and have the right to a % of the annual operating profits in perpetuity (forever) as well. We will negotiate the exact % of both once you confirm your ability to create the DVD Video Series. General Overview of 6 DVD Video Series: 1) Script Writing (Our team will pay for this and provide this to you) 2) Content Outline for Each DVD Video (Our team will pay for this and provide this to you) 3) Story Board (your team will provide this) 4) DVD Videography. Video Creation. 6 Videos. 20-25 minutes each. (your team will provide this) 5) Video Testimonials (our team will pay for this and provide this to you. we will also tell you where to insert this into the 6 videos in the content outline we will be providing as well) 6) Video Voice Over (our team will pay for this and provide this to you. we will also tell you where to insert this into the 6 videos in the content outline we will be providing as well) 7) On Camera Spokesman / Explainer Person (our team will pay for this and provide this to you. we will also tell you where to insert this into the 6 videos in the content outline we will be providing as well) 8) Video Editing Phase I (your team will provide this. you can present the 6 videos as a 1st draft. we will review the 1st draft of all 6 videos and then provide change/editing requests 1-3 times before final sign off) 9) Video Editing Phase II (your team will provide this. after we secure a national marketing agreement, our partners may require certain changes or minor additions per our signed agreement. we will tell you the changes needed and your team will make the final phase II edits for all 6 videos. the phase II will most likely be rather minor) 10) DVD Packaging Design (Our team will pay for this and provide this to you) So basically, out of all of the Video Creation related tasks, your team is only asked to provide: 1) Story Board 2) DVD Videography / Video Creation. 6 Videos, 20-25 minutes each. 3) Video Editing Phase I 4) Video Editing Phase II DVD Video Series 6 Video Output Requirements: -Video formats, DVD ouputs, and other technical requirements will be determined and discussed as well. We will also show you examples of what type of video quality we are looking for. We will also want to review your past related work experience. Web Platform Revenue Streams: Once we finish this DVD Video Series creation, we will then secure a national marketing partnership. Once in place, we will start making sales. Operating profits will be derived from this point. There is no cap on the amount of profits you can earn. Professionals only. We have already and will continue to invest a large amount of capital and resources. Please no time wasters.
