Quiz app with SQL database

I am interested in having a quiz app in which the questions and question_answers are saved in an SQL database. Also the user_answers to the questions are send to a database and saved. It should work on both a pc, an android and iphone. First screen should be screen1.png. That determines which categories of questions are showed in the quiz. Then the quiz starts. It is played by two players locally, playerA and playerB. The purpose is for playerB to guess which option playerA chose. PlayerA and playerB are both using the same phone in the same physical location. They are not found via online matches. The players cooperate to get the highest score. playerA is shown screen2.png. (The stuff above the line if the question and question_answers loaded from an SQL database based on the categories chosen. The three buttons below the line are always present.) He picks on of the question_answers and clicks submit. playerB is then shown [login to view URL], and clicks a question_answer. Then if playerA and playerB are choose differently they will see screen4. If they guess the same, then a screen showing that they guessed correctly is shown. The game lasts for 10 questions. Then the score is compared to the record of previous games from other players in the database, and [login to view URL] is shown. ------------------- I will upload all the questions to the database. In the initial version there should just be one or two test questions for the app to work. -------------------- Everything above the line is the base game. After that I would like these other things added: - Questions that do not have 4 answer options. Instead the player has to indicate whether he guessed correctly. - Questions that have a correct answer in the database, and the quiz determines whether the player guessed right or wrong. - Questions that contain an image in addition to text - A log-in, so that it knows which questions a player has seen before - An option for the user to give each question a thumbs up / thumbs down, that will be saved in a database.
