I need an application to Record people’s Whatsapp online time

I need an application to record Whatsap online time of all contacts. I prefer it working in Android/BlueStacks or in a server. I will provide a Whatsapp account for this application. I need the Records as a text file for each contact. Records must show the exact minute the contact goes online and the exact time he stays online for each session. The visualisation of the Records file might be added to the project depending on the price. I need these online times processed on a 24-hour time track for each contact.
