Develop a TimeCode App for Android and Devices

he idea of the app would be to have several IOS or Android devices which send a LTC (Linear or Longitude Timecode) Signal via the headphone jack to the camera. As smartphones dont have precise clocks built in, there would be a timecode drift after a few minutes. Therefore the app must continuesly update the clock. There would be two options for updating the clock every second: 1. via Internet, connected to a atom clock, for example here: [login to view URL] 2. via GPS: Almost every modern smartphone has a built in GPS, and in every GPS satellite there‘s a built in atom clock and geo positioning is only possible with this clock, so the smartphone must somewhere have access to this clock. Of course all satellites are set to one time somewhere in the USA so one would have to enter his timezone manually for the correct time. The solution via GPS would be best as sometimes there‘s no access to the internet. The internet solution is used for indoor shooting where there‘s no GPS signal, but mostly an internet connection.
