allow customers to create an account on my website and upload/download videos

We have a video editing business. Our website is developed but it does not have customer login and upload capability we would like customers to be able to create an account on our website and upload videos to a private customer space (likely hosted by Amazon Web Services). We would like the customer's account to integrate with our app (already developed) so the customer can access their account and see their files on either through the web or through our app
