Partnership with a Europe-based investment firm

We are going to launch a non-collateralized stablecoin (stable cryptocurrency) to be paired with Euro and need to partner with an investment firm based in Europe. The partner won't get involved in technical issues and it only commits to provide the business and investment feasibility opportunities. The partner's main contribution and obligations include: • Confirm a formal letter of non-collateralized fund allocation to warrant the liquidity and exchange procedures, • Review and confirm the financial statements, documents, data and accounting entries, • Confirm the information received from the venture’s financial reporting system, account balances, periodical cash flow statements and internal control systems, • Inform the opportunity of joint venture investment to its connected investors, traders and investment channels.
