Hello, I am the director of a Limited company registered in England and am searching for an accountant, in order to file the company's AA. The main details of the business are: 1. incorporation: Jan-16 2. next AA filing deadline: 17/10/18 3. this year turnover: £7,000 4. last (first) year turnover: £7,500 5. tot annual number of receipts/invoices: 70 6. business sector: business consultancy 7. company's bank account: Lloyds business 8. bookkeeping tools: MS excel and Google Drive We are willing to choose an accounting service with the following characteristics: 1. provided services: AA and CT600 computations and filing, personal tax return 2. fees: £300-400 for AA and CT600, £30-60 for personal tax return 3. type of accounting company: regularly registered in CH more than 3 years ago, not currently dormant, with offices in a 15km radius from Enfield 4. further required agreements: availability to prepare and file our clients' AA and CT600, without needing our clients' direct contact details, at a flat rate of £300 per AA If you are fitting the profile and willing to give us a quote, please contact us by email at vas0752@[login to view URL] (temporary)
