I think I am just what you are looking for. For the last 5 years I've worked for a company grossing between $109 to $150 Million. Our best year was in 2010 with close to $150 and we just finished this year with $143. I'm not a WA resident but I do live in Indiana so I'm at least U.S. I do have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and have worked previously for a tax preparation company. A 1099K is needed because you are reporting the gross receipts from sales and operations on it to the IRS. I do have SKYPE, cell phone, and a land line for convenience. Although I decided not to get a CPA license ($50K/yr for another yr of schooling is a little aggressive), I have worked under 2 CPA's in the past 4 years.
