Parse and save an XML file with one of the nodes as an ID

I currently download the XML files from [login to view URL] and I want to read the downloaded file and save the entire XML for each ROW along with the APPLIATION_ID. What I need is a clean loop using XMLTextReader or XMLReader because some of the files are in excess of 75 meg I do NOT want to use a XML Document Object. All you need to do is to create the loop with two variables, one the entire innerXML of the row and the application_id. I will take care of the downloads and saving to the database. Create a simple VB.NET desktop app that has a open file dialog that allows me to select the file and create a loop that writes to a variable. The code will eventually be put on a server that runs automatically. For the data that you need to use is download one of the smaller XML files but keep in mind that it will need to run against the largest.
