Complete Website Design / UI Work Needed

This is a website where businesses will submit their website layout requirements and designers will compete with each other by submitting their designs. ? Similar sites to check out would be www. logotournament .com and www. 99designs .com I am looking for a talented designer that can create a great website. ? If you are familiar with javascript, UI development and working with Visual Studio - (Master Pages, minor .Net code) then you are exactly what I need. ? But your #1 skill should be designing. Sites that are clean that I like are : www. themeforest .net and www. gowalla .com ## Deliverables My ideal designer has some UI/Javascript/CSS/Visual Studio experience that can go from mock ups to completion. Other things to note: *- DO NOT let the current design restrict you at all, I am expecting it to look completely different. ? I was hoping the account section would have their profile picture on the main page so they could change it (like facebook) is the only idea that I currently have in my mind. *- If you want to add a modal for the login, etc, feel free to do so. ? This will be one of your best projects, make it shine! *- Please let me know if you have UI experience in your bid *- To keep the price lower, I am willing to have site designed by __ at the bottom of the website forever. ?
