Make XML feed + RSS feed into 2 RSS feeds. ASAP

Hello, We have a blog and a website which have an output (XML & RSS), which we want to combine into two separate RSS feeds, which we can use on our homepage, facebook & twitter, etc... COLLECT DATA; 1 x XML feed (provided by [login to view URL]) with real estate details. 1 x RSS feed from our own wordpress blog. And create; 1 > Standard RSS feed from both, automatically updated very regularly, we will use to submit to facebook, twitter and our homepage 'latest news'. RSS feed should be in reverse dates order and contain images where exist. 2 > RSS feed for the Latest properties (using XML2u data only) so we can populate a page on our website (template already made), to show the latest 20 properties listed (sales & rentals together) in reverse date order. The feed must update very regularly and include the main photo. We will need it styling / formatting as per attached design and a 'customised link' (*see description below) for each. The solution must be hosted on our own servers and not require any third party to run. Also need to allow for easy updating / change of the ingoing feed URL's (clear instructions in html is fine, don't need fancy interface). Please ask any qustions or clearly state what you can provide / offer us. Thankyou, * Customised link; Every property listed on our website has a reference / id number (provided by 'Expert Agent' the software company who give us the XML feed). The only way to link direct to one particular listing (as they load in an iframe on our website) is to link to the search results page, with a search for that reference number, example; [login to view URL] So, within the RSS feed for ALL properties, I want to click on each one and go to the above search result. ** Please Note; This project was started 1 month ago by another freelancer. Their bid and feedback was very good, but they did not finish due to personal reasons... I can forward all their work which is virtually complete - it just needs checking and completing, or re-making. I will give and hope it helps you complete quickly.
