Customizing A Wordpress theme

Im looking for someone who will find this work done quickly and easily. I have a developer working on this site right now, but he is dragging his feet on finishing. I'm looking for someone to take over the project and provide support down the road. Site URL Lag 4. choose your view: list doesnt work 5. choose your view: thumb / info changes from 50x50 to 108 x 6. choose your view link is not auto highlighted 7. video doesnt load in IE 8 on watch page 8. video mirror is auto highlighted 9. top ad banner is not clickable - updated from 1 location? 10. ad to watch list doesnt work - what did I pay for..? 11. Search box doesnt work 12. where do I go to upload the anime of the week - all done from 1 spot? 13. Anime Title and thumb needs to be a link (ongoing anime, thumbs / info template) 14. RSS feed - needs to show latest anime episodes (not posts) 15. Big watch page 16.
