Client/Server Voice/Video Chat

I would like to have a voice & video chat that is client/server based, and can be embedded into a browser, but does NOT use flash or ActiveX. This should be built using Java. It should support all major browsers and OSs. This should be similar to [login to view URL] but without the use of activeX. You also need to build a registration system, and include an API that allows webmasters to use their own registration system so they can take advantage of single-sign on as opposed to having a different reg system. Use of AJAX is strongly encouraged. Should include animated emoticons, Avatars, etc. Audio and Video should be superior and very responsive. It should be fast and simple, and integrates seamlessly onto browsers. We will use this chat to sell to other webmasters, we issue them an account ID unique to their domain. This chat needs to be very secure in terms of using your account ID for your domain only. Should include full moderator support, strong/unbreakable ban for malicious users, etc. Full multi-language support through the use of language files, (ie XML)
