build wordpress website based on PSD

Project requirement # 1 - you must have skype and be able to talk with good audio quality. I am a web development project manager for more than 15 years, and I am accustomed to working with 100's of programmers with various accents from all over the world. The biggest lesson i have learned is that if you can not speak with the person you are going to work with, you better find someone else. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU CAN NOT SPEAK USING YOUR VOICE. Project requirement # 2 You must know Wordpress and "Photoshop" Project Details: You are to modify a wordpress website that will be 90% similar to http:// c o n t i n e n t a l c r e d i t o n l i n e . c o m / I have redesigned the site in photoshop. I will provide you the PSD file. 1. Your job will be to make the homepage look like the attached PSD file. You must also look at http:// c o n t i n e n t a l c r e d i t o n l i n e . c o m to make sure the behavior of the items on the page are the same. 2. the additional pages, must look like the pages from the competitor website. copy the content and photos for the other pages from http:// c o n t i n e n t a l c r e d i t o n l i n e . c o m Copy paste the same content, from the competitor website. I will change it myself to what ever i want. Notes: - This means when you are done. there should be a total of 6 pages i can click on. - Revolution Slider which is already installed allows special effects like what you see on the banner on http:// c o n t i n e n t a l c r e d i t o n l i n e . c o m. Therefore the homepage banner must be based on Revolution Slide. You must use Revolution Slider. - You must implement the design using the AVADA theme modules and elements. - if you need custom CSS, you may not inject the CSS into the CSS file. You must inject you CSS into the AVADA theme Custom CSS page. You must leave good notes on all the CSS which you add, so i can understand what you did. - You do not have to install wordpress. i have already installed a fresh version with avada theme - You must work on the site live on my server. I do not work with people who do not know how to work on a live site. I will not provide FTP access. If you are good at wordpress you should not need to mod any files. You can achieve the design using AVADA alone. - spliced images - must be optimized. which means you gave to know how to use photoshop. If you images are not optimized and or not proportional i will leave bad feed back. I hate working with people who do not know how to use Photoshop properly. I have 0 tolerance for this. ZERO!!!! Estimated time to finish project - Splice PSD images 1 hour - configure word press 1 hour - design homepage per PSD. 3 hours - copy paste and design other pages based on http:// c o n t i n e n t a l c r e d i t o n l i n e . c o m / 3 hours. Total project time = 8 hours Working Terms & Requirements: - i will work with a designer directly. I will not work with middlemen and project managers - Working hours - must be available USA, California time for review and modifications - Must have a stable, fast internet / power - Must have a cell phone for emergency - must have skype with voice calling - must speak basic English
