Wordpress Justlanding

Hi, [login to view URL] is using justandling template I want to ad the following: 1. on top right, it allows me to add only 1 telephone number, i want to add two from admin, so please add another field for this 2. On top right, right side of telephone, i want to add the live chat button, which i have script for. 3. In the footer, the url [login to view URL], i need it to be hyper link. 4. I want to make join our newsletter to work, i am using [login to view URL] as my provider and need emails to b stored using sendgrid widget 5. I need to add some short codes for this and need help to find the correct one and where sand how to add it. 6. I need to add pricing table in Buy 6/ph pop and also, i need to display both us and uk prices. The registration for buy on pricing table would be via paypal.
