Create a wordpress theme from a complete PSD mockup

Hello, Attached is a complete PSD mockup of a site we'd like done in wordpress. We have every page fully designed in that PSD. Your job is to develop a wordpress theme that matches the PSD we have attached. NOTE: I have a very similar wordpress theme that you could modify, if you'd like. I'll give you the link upon request. Or, alternatively, you can make your own. The header and footer you can design any way you want; however, for the page content itself, you will need to code, design and use ShortCodes for the formatting. This is so that we can go into the Wordpress interface and modify the text easily for any given page. Thanks
