Blog Theme Design

Hi, I have a blog that needs a redesign. I've already designed it in Photoshop and can provide this, just need a good programmer with experience in designing and integrating blog templates. I'm currently using Thesis on my existing blog. I need a programmer who can take the photoshop design and integrate it into a new blog template. I also would like the ability to still add plugins, Facebook like etc. Please see attached photoshop screenshots i would like done. Thanks, please provide me existing experience in this area.
