recommendation for program to log http and https traffic

Yes, I'll pay simply for a recommendation of a third-party program that does what I need. You don't have to write a program for me :) I'm looking for a freeware program to log incoming and outgoing http traffic, and (preferably) also https traffic. It can operate either as a plug-in to the browser or as a proxy server running as a separate program where you configure the browser to use it as a proxy server (although if it's a standalone proxy server I understand it will not be able to log https traffic). The requirements I'm looking for are, are that the program: - is free - must work on Windows XP - can log http traffic as well as https traffic - logs the full http responses and headers, along with the requests and their headers - summarizes the data in an easily readable format, in other words, NOT a program that simply captures all Ethernet traffic and dumps it (in any case, these cannot decrypt https data) - works with both IE and Firefox If you've found a program that meets some of these requirements but not all of them, then in your bid, please say which requirements it does meet. (Then I'll pick the bid that suggests a program that meets the most of these requirements, and then if I accept your bid, you can tell me what the program is.) For example: - HTTP Interceptor does most of these things, but is very expensive (about $400) - Live HTTP Headers only works for Firefox, and in any case, only captures header data, it doesn't log full http response data - programs like Wireshark just capture and dump all traffic, but it's not easy to take the output and sort through it and group together, for example, all the packets that correspond to a single http response So I'll pay money for a suggestion of any program that meets all these requirements, or at least most of them. Please test the program yourself first, don't just do a Google search and recommend a page that comes up :) If I accept the bid and you tell me the program, I'll try it out, and if it doesn't work, we can cancel within the 24-hour no-penalty cancellation period.
