C# Senior Developer with XNA experience

You need to have good experience with C# and XNA. The tasks in this project will involve reviewing the code written by 2 junior developer, guiding them when they get stuck with issues, and overall being responsible for releases twice every month. You might be coding certain areas of the code which are too complicated for them. You will be training them. You need good communication skills, and be able to work with developers in India remotely. You will need a Kinect for Windows device to be able to work on this project. The first phase of the project you will be responsible for guiding them, and then taking ownership for one release. 1. Resolve existing issues in code while opening up designer in visual studio. Resolve any other code issues. 2. Review the code and answer any questions developers have regarding code, and guide them with sample code / code updates if required If you know xna, c# I expect all this to take you 20-40 hours - considering the fact that you will be reviewing the code that's in there. If you get comfortable with this - and can resolve the important issues/queries in the first 2 weeks - we will main project where you will be billing time.
