C# UnWrap a soap with large Body

XmlReader is having problem to read the body of an XML if the body contains huge amount of base64 encoded date. Project that makes a SOAP with body content from a file is included Project that unwrapps the baody content to a file is included. The unwrapping program works for bodydontent less than 200Mb The tast is to handle body content up to at least 400Mb ## Deliverables Here is the two projects
