Build a Windows Forms Control to do split flap animation

Split flap displays are the ones in train stations that have the characters printed in white on black that animate when changing their value. I want a C#, Windows Forms implementation of this, based strictly on the javascript version at <[login to view URL]>. The animation style should be exactly like that version, and the look and feel should be exactly like it, except without the shadow underneath. It should have a mode that's just like the javascript, with sliders for increment and pace. But it should also have the ability to do one time animations from one number to the next. In that mode, an animation from 1->2 should take one time step, but an animation from a 6->0 should take four time steps (6->7->8->9->0). It's really important that the animations be at the same fidelity as the provided javascript example. There are a lot of crummy split flap animations out there; that one is pretty good. THANKS!
