I want to source developing an app from UKRAINE ONLY. This project is about writing a report to provide me with in-depth knowledge on App development in Ukraine. Note: * Only people from inside Ukraine or worked in Ukraine should bid. * No company will be awarded for the work at this stage. MY NEEDS * I am owner of a startup company in the middle east. My background is Computer Engineer, but I am handling senior managerial position in a company. * I have an "innovative special messaging" app concept, close to Telegram but with much more extensive features for the required use. * The app will work across all mobile OS, web and has cloud features. * I already developed a complete & detailed brief, wire frame, screens, features, system requirements ... etc. Closest * I need to work with an app development company in UKRAINE only, because I believe they have the best app developers at reasonable cost. TARGET DEVELOPER PROFILE FOR MY APP * The app require extensive knowledge and experience on Android, iOS and Windows Mobile and cloud storage. In addition to web development (small work). * Innovative UX app interface design * Can develop secure encryption messaging for text and media files. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU (DELIVERABLE) To write a complete report about "App Developers in Ukraine" that contains the following sections: 1) Short list of potential companies: * Prepare a short list (5-10) of companies that meet above target profile, i.e. they have the experience needed to do my App. * Prepare a profile for each company demonstrating their competencies (company staff, developed apps ... etc.) in target areas. * The target company should be a small, but highly skilled app development company. * Your recommendation. 2) Working with Ukraine App developers : * Legal contracts with the development firms and how to enforce them (in case of breach). * Information about the app development industry in Ukraine. Hi! You need to know - most ukrainian developers did not publish own services, couse legal company will pay a lot of taxes. If you want work with ukrainian developers - you need discovering persons, but not a companies.
